Vegas Baby

Welcome to Jigneshkumar Gandhi's Gallery of Vegas!

Inside Bellagio

Last night we saw “Cirque Du Soleil O.”  We loved it.   The performance started on a stage and before you knew it the performers were in water.  A lot of the performers were also in the air doing stunts and flying off of a trapeze.  There were performers on the stage, in the water, in the air, and in the audience at the same time.   You didn’t know what you were going to see next!  It was really cool seeing performers from the air dive into the water.  All the performers were switching positions.  They hung a fake horse from the air and in the water and then the fake horse could move in the water like it was swimming.  It was special for us to see a performance in Las Vegas.

Last night we spent a couple of hours on the Las Vegas strip.  The streets were amazing.  When it was nighttime and the lights were out it was so cute.  The buildings were very Vegas! The New York New York hotel had gambling and everything.  The whole M&M and Coca Cola store was amazing.  I have never seen these kinds of stores before.  You can only see these kinds of stores in Las Vegas!  The architecture of the buildings was very Vegas!  I really liked it and I will never forget it.  I will come to Vegas again when I am 21 or 22 when I can gamble.  I really want to gamble.

At 10:30 am we got drop off at the Bellagio hotel, we had two hours to walk around Vegas with our friends. We first took some beautiful pictures in front of the Eiffel Tower. From there we went to see the hotel Caesars Palace, where the movie “The Hang Over” was filmed. The hotel was really amazing.  Of course there were a bunch of gamble machines and the inside of it was just like a city under the ground, with a lot of stores of all kinds, and the outside of the casino looked like a real Roman palace. Time flew, so it was time to go back to the Bellagio, where they gave us two more hours of free time.  We decided to do some shopping, so we first went to the big M&M’s store which was really impressive.  We bought some other gifts for us, family and friends. Then we visited the hotel New York New York and took some really cool pictures with the small Statue Of Liberty.  We got in the casino, where we got lost and took us a while to get out, the elevator was just crazy.  Once again time went super fast and we had to go back to the Bellagio to meet the others and go to the Strastosphere, the tallest building in Vegas. That was about to be a lot of fun.

A bunch of us who didn’t go to the show went back to the Vegas Strip. We had a lot of fun and got really excited about seeing ALL the hotels. The problem was that we only had an hour. But, hey, you’re only once in Vegas so we just kept on walking to see the Pyramid which was really far away from the Bellagio. The way there was pretty relaxed and easy. We spend much time on taking the perfect pictures. But then we realized we only had 15 minutes to get back to the Bellagio to catch the bus. So we were running up and down the escalators, crossing the streets like maniacs. A guy even tried to keep up with us for no reason, but he failed pretty quickly. We finally made it back to the casino and the bus, looking like we had been running a marathon. The water in the water fountains was gross and warm.
We took hundreds of great pictures and we saw ALL the hotels. Our exhaustion from the running went away pretty quickly and even though we were all sweaty and tired, we had a huge party on the bus. When we got back to the hotel everyone jumped into the pool. We will never forget that night.
